Idk if she maybe was having a bottle of red to herself but I've been getting a chuckle out of this for years and thought I'd share. - 2 lbs of hamburger brown It and chop it into little fuckin pieces (I also use about three large Italian sausages...don't even go there...skin them and cook them with the hamburger...chop these into little fuckin buts too!!!) - Then throw into a food processor 2 onions, good size not little ones, 2 carrots...peel the fuckers first and loo off the icky parts, a couple stalks of celery...wash those nasty things, a red pepper ...don't forget that idiot little sticker on it, a whole head of garlic...get rid of the skins first, and a few shrooms,..the ones from the grocery store silly not the ones that make you laugh!...process the shit out of all of this...if you leave any chunks the kids will whine like no tomorrow!!!...add to the burger and stir it together until your arm aches. To this add 2tbsp of oregano, 1tbsp of basil and 1 tbsp of rosemary and a tsp of pepper - Add...and this part is really really important No name (the yellow ones from loblaws)4 lg cans of tomato Sauce...not hunts or Heinz or any other brand....not spaghetti sauce for crying out loud!!! TOMATO SAUCE!!!! Do I make myself clear!!!! Then use a large can of CRUSHED TOMATOES....like 28oz ones...the ones you won't find in your corner store. - Finally!!! After that is all mixed together add at least a cup of red wine! THIS is what makes moms spaghetti moms spaghetti...I usually add a half a bottle of the shit but you are doing little batch...anyhooo one last thing would be about 1/8 a cup of sugar and if your brain isn't workin well enough to do the math that would be half a 1/4cup measuring cup...and finally add enough salt to your taste....not your dads taste...that will kill your guests!!!! Bring everything to a boil then simmer for 20 min or as long as it takes to finish that bottle of wine!!!😊. Oh and for fuck sakes don't let it stick the the bloody bottom of the pan!!! That would ruin the whole thing! Stir stir stir!!!...don't be a lazy fuck and walk away and play video games while this deliciousness is happening in your kitchen!!! It's all about stirring the love in!
