  * 1 1/2 sticks Butter
  * 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  * 1/2 cup Sugar
    * Mix
  * 1 Egg
  * 1 tsp Vanilla
  * 2 tsp Almond Extract
    * Add and beat at medium speed
  * 2 cups Flour
  * 1/4 tsp Baking Soda 
  * 1/4 tsp Salt
    * Mix together
    * Add slowly and beat

====== Directions ======
  - Chill dough 1 hour
  - Preheat oven to 375
  - Shape into small balls and place on un-greased cookie sheet
  - Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar
  - Bake ~10 minutes @375
