====== Ingredients ======
  * 6 oz Baby Spinach, chopped
  * 1 tsp Olive Oil
  * 1/2 tsp Dried Garlic
  * pinch Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    * Saute until wilted

  * 12" Pizza Crust
  * Olive Oil 
  * 1 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
  * 1-2 oz Mozarella, grated
  * 1/3 pt Grape Tomatoes, sliced
  * Feta Cheese
 
  * Barely brush Olive Oil over crust, spread Sauce and sprinkle with Mozarella. Top with Spinach, Tomatoes & Feta.
  * Bake @450 for 15 minutes or until Feta just begins to brown.
