====== Ingredients ======
  * 4 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate
    * Melt in double-boiler with some cream from below
  * 6 Egg Yolks
  * 2 TBSP Amaretto
    * Make a [[sabayon]] w/some sugar from below
    * Set aside
  * 6 Egg Whites
    * Beat slightly
  * 1/2 cup Sugar (less used above)
    * Add gradually, beat until stiff
    * Set aside
  * 2 cups Whipping Cream (less used above)
    * Beat stiff

  * Fold together gently, with minimum stirring
  * Place into individual glasses
  * Refrigerate 2 hours

* Can be served straight or with some whipped cream and/or chocolate shavings. Kind of seems like gilding the lily, but, you know, presentation.
