  * 1/2 recipe Pie Crust, unbaked
  * 6 large Tart Apples, peeled and sliced medium
    * Arrange in pie tin
 
  * 1/2 cup Sugar
  * 1½ tsp Cinnamon
  * 1.5 TBSP Flour
    * Combine, sprinkle over Apples
   
  * 1/2 cup Sugar
  * 3/4 cup Flour
  * ½ tsp Cinnamon
    * Combine
  * 1/3 cup Butter
    * Cut in until crumbly
    * Sprinkle over Apples

  * Bake @350 for 50-60 minutes (or until top golden and edge bubbles)
  * Let cool
