  * 1/3 cup Butter or Margarine
  * 2/3 cup Sugar
    * Cream Together
   
  * Grated zest of whole Lemon, Orange, or both
  * 1 Egg
    * Beat in 
   
  * 1 3/4 cup Flour
  * 2 tsp Baking Powder
  * 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
    * Mix separately, add with zest and Egg
    * Beat well
 
  * 1 cup Mashed Banana
  * Add
 
  * Pour into single greased bread pan
  * Bake 1 hr @ 350F
