  * 1 cup less 1 Tbsp Sugar
    * Cream
  * 2 Eggs
    * Add
  * 1 cup Mashed Bananas (~2 bananas)
    * Add, beat thoroughly
   
  * 2 cups Flour
  * 2 tsp Baking Powder
  * 1 tsp Baking Soda
  * 1/2 tsp Salt
      * Combine separately
     
  * 3 Tbsp Milk
         * Add alternately with flour mixture
  
  * Portion into greased muffin tins
  * Bake @ 400F for 20-25 minutes
