====== Ingredients ======
  * 1 lb Beef Stew Meat, chunked
  * 1 lg Onion, cut into wedges
  * 1 clove Garlic, minced
  * 1 Tbsp Oil
    * Brown in dutch oven
 
  * 1 tsp Salt
  * 1/2 tsp Pepper
  * 4 cups Water, Boiling
  * 1/4 cup Barley
  * 1 Bay Leaf
  * 1 can Beef Boullion
  * 2 cubes Beef Boullion
    * Simmer 30 minutes
  * 1 cup Sliced Carrots
    * Bring to a boil, cover
    * Simmer for 30 minutes
  * 1/2 lb Mushrooms, sliced
    * Add simmer until beef is tender
