**Salad**
  * Sweet Onion
  * Red & Yellow Bell Pepper
  * Cauliflower Flowerettes
  * Broccoli Flowerettes
  * Fresh Tomatoes
  * Lettuce
  * Feta Cheese

**Dressing**
  * Garlic
  * Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  * Vinegar
  * Red Wine
  * Balsamic Vinegar
  * Cayenne Pepper
  * Worcestershire Sauce


====== Notes ======
Be careful with the cayenne pepper - it takes a while to activate.  I made this for a party one time and I was in a hurry, so I kept adding cayenne until it seemed hot enough.  After the party, around 2:00AM I got a chance to have some, and tears were streaming down my face due to the heat as I ate it.  But it was worth it.

This is the prototype salad that I used as a base for the original [[Salad Soup]].
