====== Recipe ======
  * 1.4 cups warm water
  * 1 pkg yeast
    * Mix and proof
  * 1 tsp cup salt
  * Bread flour
    * Cut into 1 lb loaves
    * Cornstarch on the bottom
    * Spray loaf pans with Pam
    * Bake @350 25-30 minutes

  * 10 cups warm water
  * 1/3 cup yeast
    * Mix and proof
  * 1/4 cup salt

Aunt Alice made a dynamite cheese baguette by adding:
  * 1/4-1/2 tsp coarse black pepper 
  * 1 1/2 tsp oregano
  * Parmesan
