  * 2 TBSP Butter
    * Melt in Skillet
  * 1/4 cup brown sugar
  * 2 TBSP Prepared Mustard
  * 1/4 tsp Salt
    * Stir into sauce
  * 3 cups Sliced Carrots, cooked and drained
    * Add, heat stirring continuously until carrots glazed, 5 minutes.
  * 1 TBSP Snipped Parsley (garnish)
