  * 1 Tbsp chopped Fresh Herbs
    * thyme, chives, sage and/or parsley
    * 1 tsp dried
  * 1 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  * 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  * 1/2 tsp Pepper

  * Hamburger Buns
  * Fixings

====== Directions ======
  - Prepare a hot fire
  - In a medium bowl, working as quickly and as gently as possible, mix ingredients.
  - Divide into 4 portions and lightly form into patties 3/4" to 1" thick, with a slight depression in the center.
  - Grill, turning once.
