====== Ingredients ======
  * 1 lb 92% Ground Beef
  * 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  * 1 Onion, chopped
  * 1/4 tsp Oregano
  * S&P
    * Simmer of medium heat until onions translucent
  * 10 oz chopped, wilted Spinach
  * 3 Eggs, beaten
    * Add, saute until eggs just cooked
  * grated Parmesan Cheese
Serve over/next to buns with cheese

====== Notes ======
  * If using frozen spinach, make sure to wring out as much water as possible
  * It's technically just an egg scramble, but I sometimes treat it like sloppy joes.
