====== Ingredients ======
  * 1 large can sauerkraut (save liquid)
  * 6 tbsp oatmeal
  * 2 medium onions
  * 1 med can peas, mashed (save liquid)
  * 3 cups mushrooms
  * water


====== Directions ======
  - Cover sauerkraut with water.  Add oatmeal and ½ of the onion.  Cook 10 minutes.  
  - Add peas and mushrooms.  
  - Fry remainder of onions in 2 to 4 oz butter.  Add to sauerkraut, and simmer for 10 minutes.
