  * 1 lb Hamburger (3/4 lb?)
  * 1 tsp Salt
  * 1/8 tsp Pepper
  * 1/8 tsp Celery Salt (can skip, or add dash
  * 1/8 tsp Garlic Salt (1/4 tsp Garlic Powder?)
  * 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  * 1/2 cup Cracker Crumbs (12 Saltines)
  * 1/2 cup Water
  * 2 Tbsp Grated Onion
    * Combine, form into 12-16 balls

  * Flour
  * Roll balls in flour
    * Brown in hot fat
 
  * 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  * 1/4 soup can Water
    * Mix Soup and Water, pour over meatballs
 
Cover, simmer 30 minutes

Serve w/mashed potatoes, rice or pasta.
