Whisk together until blended. - Add onion, sweet relish, olives, and jalapeno and whisk to combine evenly. - Chill 1 hour. ====== Notes ====== * Comment: This is a great recipe -- it's a way to eat a salad with a creamy, heavy dressing, without feeling guilty about fat and calories. It is quite oniony as written. We cut the amount of onion in half, and it still overpowered the dressing -- especially after it was allowed to sit for a few hours. I recommend using only a tablespoon or two of onion, or perhaps using scallion or shallot instead.
