  * 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  * 3/8 cup Butter
  * 3/8 cup Shortening (Crisco)
    * Cream
  * 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  * 1/2 cup Sugar
    * Add gradually, cream until fluffy
  * 1 Egg
    * Mix in
  * 1 3/4 cup sifted Flour
  * 1 tsp Baking Soda
  * 1/2 tsp Salt
    * Mix together
    * Add to wet ingredients

====== Directions ======
  - Make a ball on ungreased cookie sheet, fork flat
  - Bake 12-13 minutes @350

Original recipe called for just 3/4 cup shortening, but Mom changed it to half butter, half shortening.
