This is my favorite potato salad ever.  Even though I really don't like celery or celery seed, it works in this recipe.

====== Ingredients ======
  * 2.5 cups sliced cooked potatoes (1 med. potato per person)
  * 1 tsp Sugar
  * 1 tsp Vinegar
  * 1/2 cup Celery
  * 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
  * 1.5 tsp Salt
  * 1.5 tsp Celery Seed
  * 3/4 cup Salad Dressing
  * 2 Hard Cooked Eggs, sliced

====== Directions ======
  - Sprinkle hot potatoes with sugar and vinegar. Let cool.
  - Add onions, seasonings and salad dressing Toss.
  - Fold in eggs.
  - Chill until ready to serve

====== Notes ======
Easiest way to slice eggs is with wire egg slicer.
