  * 3 cups Sugar
  * 1 cup Butter or Margarine
    * Cream together

  * 4 Eggs
  * 1.5 tsp Salt
  * 4 tsp [[Pumpkin Pie Spice]]
  * 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  * 2/3 cup Water
  * 2 cups Cooked Pumpkin
    * Add in order and mix well

  * 3.5 cups Flour
  * 2 tsp Baking Soda
    * Mix together, add, minimal stirring

  * Nuts (if desired) (not!)

  * Pour into 2 large greased loaf pans
  * Bake 1 hour @ 350
