  * 2 Eggs, separated
  * 1 2/3 cups Milk
  * 1/2 cup Oil
  * 2 cups Flour
  * 1 TBSP Sugar
  * 1/2 tsp Salt
  * 3 tsp Baking Powder

====== Directions ======
  - Beat the egg whites stiff
  - Blend together the egg yolks , milk and oil
  - Sift together the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
  - Add dry ingredients to the egg yolk mixture; mix only until blended.
  - Fold in egg whites
