This is the taste of summer to me.  We had it all growing up and I love(d) it.  Sure, it's sweet and 70's and probably not very good for you, but summer only comes once a year and this rocks it.  By the way - the only picture I could find of it on the internet includes oranges, which are an abomination in this salad, so ignore them.

====== Ingredients ======
  * 13 oz can Pineapple Tidbits
    * Drain syrup into pan
  * 1/4 cup sugar
  * 2 TBSP Flour
  * 1 Egg, beaten
    * Stir in, cook over low heat until thick and smooth
    * Remove from heat
  * 1 TBSP Butter
  * 1 TBSP Cider Vinegar
    * Stir in
  * 1 1/2 cup Miniature Marshmallows
  * 4 Bananas, sliced
  * Pineapple Tidbits from above
    * Combine with dressing

I suppose you add any kind of fruit to this that you'd like.  I guess.
