  * 1 Lb Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
  * 8 Oz Cream Cheese, room temp
  * 1/2 Cup full bodied red wine, preferably Zinfandel or Petite Syrah
  * 1/2 Cup finely chopped Chives
  * 2 TBSP Cognac

====== Directions ======
  - Combine all in bowl and mix with spoon, mixer, or food processor until smooth and spreadable.  
  - Spoon into crock, cover tightly, and chill several hours or overnight.

  - Can be refrigerated for 2-3 weeks.
