Chop mixture until finely minced and well combined. Transfer to bowl and set aside. - Note: this can be prepared up to one day ahead. - Heat oil in the empty skillet until shimmering. Add peas and water, cover and cook for 2 minutes. Uncover and add the garlic. Continue to cook until the water evaporates, about 2 more minutes. - Remove from heat and stir in 3/4 of the nut mixture and greens.
