  * 1/2 cup Butter
    * Melt
  * 1/2 lb Mushrooms, Sliced
  * 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  * Celery, Chopped
  * 2 Tbsp Green Pepper, Chopped (optional)
  * 1/2 cup Blanched Slivered Almonds
  * 1 cup Wild Rice
    * Cook 5 minutes until rice turns yellow (?)
  * 3 cups Chicken Broth (probably low sodium)
    * Add
    * Season with S&P
    * Cover tightly, cook 1+ hour at 325


====== Notes ======
  * I've always tried to cook the rice until it turns yellow and I end up burning it.  Next time, just do 5 minutes!
