Ingredients & Directions
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup less 1 Tbsp Sugar
- Cream
- 2 Eggs
- Add
- 1 cup Mashed Bananas (~2 bananas)
- Add, beat thoroughly
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Combine separately
- 3 Tbsp Milk
- Add alternately with flour mixture
- Portion into greased muffin tins
- Bake @ 400F for 20-25 minutes
