In a small bowl, soak bread in milk to soften.
Place meats in mixing bowl and season with salt & pepper. Add garlic, cheese, bread with milk, egg, parsley & olive oil. Mix well to combine.
Form into balls and place on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 400° for 25-30 min. (Time will vary depending on the size of the meatballs.)
