Ingredients
1 lb Cheese - Any kind, rinds removed
Cut into 3/4 cube
Hard cheeses should be grated
1/4 cup Dry White Wine
3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, room temperature
1 clove Garlic
2 Tbsp Parsely
Directions
Process 2 minutes until smooth and creamy
Serve as a cold spread or bake on bread rounds.
Notes
You may use any leftover cheese you wish, such as Cheddar, Parmesan, Provolone, Fontina, Mozzarella, Camembert or St. Andre. Make sure that you use a combination that is not too salty.
