Grilled Asparagus With Basil Yogurt Sauce
The sweetness of the yogurt goes well with the char on the asparagus.

Ingredients
1 bunch Asparagus spears, woody parts snapped off
1 TBSP Vegetable Oil
Vanilla Yogurt
If using Greek yogurt, mix 1/2 vanilla, 1/2 plain yogurt and add a bit of water?
Fresh Basil
Directions
Sauce
Mince basil leaves, stir into yogurt gently.
Let rest in refrigerator 30+ minutes.
Asparagus
Toss asparagus spears with oil.
Sprinkle on salt.
Grill until just cooked with grill marks.
Plate, add sauce, serve immediately.
Notes
I like to fan out the asparagus on a salad plate and then put a couple of thin concentric arcs of sauce on top.
