I suppose this is more akin to fajitas in that the main ingredients are chicken, onions and peppers, but burritos sound less pretentious and this is very unpretentious. Also, it's hard to find an attractive picture of such a simple dinner.

• 1.5 lb Chicken Breast, sliced thin
• 2 cloves Garlic, smashed
• Fajita/Taco Seasoning
  • Saute Chicken in a bit of oil until mostly done, add Garlic and finish with seasoning

• 1 Onion, sliced thin
• 1 Green Pepper, sliced thin
  • Saute in a bit of oil, add some black pepper and seasoning

• Lettuce, sliced thin
• Tomato, diced
• Cheddar Cheese, grated
• Sour Cream
• Salsa (Simple Salsa)
• Tortillas

• We use Penzey's fajita and taco seasonings
