Penn Ave Corned Beef

Ingredients
- 3 lb Brisket (or Round, preferably)
- Cover with water
- 1 pkg of spices from corned beef
- 1 tsp Mixed Whole Pickling Spices
- 1/2 tsp Whole Mustard Seed
- 6 Whole Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Onion
- Cover w/Pyrex lid, simmer 3 hours. Drain, cool. Slice, serve, ahhhh.
