Ingredients
3 cups Sugar
1 cup Butter or Margarine
Cream together
4 Eggs
1.5 tsp Salt
4 tsp
Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
2/3 cup Water
2 cups Cooked Pumpkin
Add in order and mix well
3.5 cups Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
Mix together, add, minimal stirring
Nuts (if desired) (not!)
Pour into 2 large greased loaf pans
Bake 1 hour @ 350
