Mom's sugar cookies.

• 1 1/2 sticks Butter
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
• 1/2 cup Sugar
  • Mix
• 1 Egg
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 2 tsp Almond Extract
  • Add and beat at medium speed
• 2 cups Flour
• 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/4 tsp Salt
  • Mix together
  • Add slowly and beat

1. Chill dough 1 hour
2. Preheat oven to 375
3. Shape into small balls and place on un-greased cookie sheet
4. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar
5. Bake ~10 minutes @375
