Penn Ave Sugar Cookies
Mom's sugar cookies.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks Butter
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- Mix
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tsp Almond Extract
- Add and beat at medium speed
- 2 cups Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Mix together
- Add slowly and beat
Directions
- Chill dough 1 hour
- Preheat oven to 375
- Shape into small balls and place on un-greased cookie sheet
- Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar
- Bake ~10 minutes @375
