This is the taste of summer to me. We had it all growing up and I love(d) it. Sure, it's sweet and 70's and probably not very good for you, but summer only comes once a year and this rocks it. By the way - the only picture I could find of it on the internet includes oranges, which are an abomination in this salad, so ignore them.

• 13 oz can Pineapple Tidbits
  • Drain syrup into pan
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 TBSP Flour
• 1 Egg, beaten
  • Stir in, cook over low heat until thick and smooth
  • Remove from heat
• 1 TBSP Butter
• 1 TBSP Cider Vinegar
  • Stir in
• 1 1/2 cup Miniature Marshmallows
• 4 Bananas, sliced
• Pineapple Tidbits from above
  • Combine with dressing

I suppose you add any kind of fruit to this that you'd like. I guess.
