This is Mom's simple pie crust. Quick, easy and good. Just not fancy, which is not a bad thing. I used to love to eat the trimmings as a kid. Still do, sometimes.

1 cup Flour
1/3 tsp Salt
Stir together
1/4 cup Oil
2 TBSP Milk
Add together
Directions
Best if left to rest 15-60 minutes so the flour can hydrate a bit. Wrap in plastic if resting more than 15 minutes.
