Rhubarb Crisp
This was labeled as Rhubarb Pie, but it's really a crisp. Problem fixed, confusion spared.

Ingredients
3 cups Chopped (1/2“) Rhubarb
3/4 cup Sugar
1 TBSP Flour
Combine and toss in bowl
1/4-1/3 cup bread crumbs
Sprinkle on bottom of buttered square pan
Pour rhubarb into bowl
1 cup Oatmeal
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/3 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Melted Butter
Mix together
Pour over rhubarb and spread out
Bake @375 for 35-40 minutes
