Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix together and knead all the ingredients adding up to 1 ½ cups additional flour to form soft, smooth dough. Knead until mixture is smooth and supple. Let mixture rise in a greased covered bowl for about 1 hour.
Filling
1 lb sausage meat
2 green peppers
1 red pepper
1 sliced onion
1 package mozzarella cheese
Fry sausage, drain, then fry peppers and onions, drain and add to fried sausage. Sprinkle ½ package mozzarella cheese on bottom crust. Spread sausage mixture and top with rest of mozzarella cheese. Put on the top crust.
Topping
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon oregano
2 tablespoons parlsey
1 tablespoon garlic
Whisk together and spread on top crust. Cut slits in center and bake in preheated 400 degree oven for about 35 minutes.
