Shredded Beef BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
- Meat Juices, strained and settled
- 1 Onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp from Juices
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1.25 cup Ketchup
- .75 cup Brewed Coffee
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- De-fatted beef juices
Directions
- Saute onion & fat for 10 minutes
- Add garlic and chili powder, bloom
- Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil
- Simmer until nice and thick, ~15 minutes
