1 cup Sugar (1.5 cups?)
1/2 cup Butter, melted
5-6 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Vanilla
Thoroughly combine
1 1/3 cups Coconut (use packaged, sweetened coconut)
Stir in
Pour into unbaked 9“ crust
Bake 40-45 minutes @ 350
Notes
Try adding in grated lemon zest.
