Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

- 2-3 tbsp carrots, minced
- 1-2 tbsp red bell pepper, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
