Ingredients
Salad
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- Baby leaf spinach
- 2 granny smith apples, cut u
- Cashew bits
Dressing
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Break up spinach.
- Mix with romaine, apples and cashews in large bowl.
- In separate bowl, mix all dressing ingredients well and chill.
- Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
