3 cloves Garlic, minced
2 stalks Celery, julienned
1 Carrot, julienned
1/2 Onion, sliced
S&P
1/2 cup Olive Oil
4 large pieces of Parchment Paper
Directions
Fold En Papillote
Pile the ingredients on one side of the parchment paper
Bake @ 400 for 15 minutes
