Ingredients
1 large can sauerkraut (save liquid)
6 tbsp oatmeal
2 medium onions
1 med can peas, mashed (save liquid)
3 cups mushrooms
water
Directions
Cover sauerkraut with water. Add oatmeal and ½ of the onion. Cook 10 minutes.
Add peas and mushrooms.
Fry remainder of onions in 2 to 4 oz butter. Add to sauerkraut, and simmer for 10 minutes.
