Ingredients & Directions
- 2 Avocados
- 1 clove Garlic
- Mash together using pastry cutter, fork, or potato masher
- 1 small Tomato, diced
- 1/2 small Red Onion, diced
- splash Lemon Juice
- Stir together, add lemon juice to balance flavors
