Ingredients

Lemon-Pepper Marinade

  • 2/3 cup Dry White Wine
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Lemons, grated zest and juice
  • 1 large Garlic Clove
  • 1 Tbsp whole Black Peppercorns, crushed
    • If using blender, can just use whole
