Ingredients
Lemon-Pepper Marinade
2/3 cup Dry White Wine
1/3 cup Olive Oil
2 Lemons, grated zest and juice
1 large Garlic Clove
1 Tbsp whole Black Peppercorns, crushed
If using blender, can just use whole
4 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
Directions
Marinade
Process all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Can be stored in refrigerator for 3 days
Place marinade and chicken in ziploc bag in pan
Marinate 1 hour in refrigerator
