Lime Marinade


Perfect for Fajitas. I always use steak tips, the tips seem to really take up the lime flavor.

Ingredients

⅓ cup water
¼ cup lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped cilantro or parsley (optional)

Directions

  1. Whisk everything together
  2. Place in ziplock back with meat and squeeze out all the air.
  3. Let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Massage in the marinade periodically to make sure marinade gets everywhere.
