Quick Pie Crust

This is Mom's simple pie crust. Quick, easy and good. Just not fancy, which is not a bad thing. I used to love to eat the trimmings as a kid. Still do, sometimes.

  1. Best if left to rest 15-60 minutes so the flour can hydrate a bit. Wrap in plastic if resting more than 15 minutes.
  2. Roll out between 2 sheets of wax paper
