Basic Bisquick Pancakes & Waffles
Simple pancakes and waffles that I grew up with.

Ingredients
Pancakes
- 2 cups Bisquick or homemade bisquick
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/3 cup Milk
Waffles
- Same as pancakes
- + 1/4 cup Oil
Notes
- Stir until just combined. Small lumps of Bisquick in batter is good. This is a quick bread, so over-mixing will create gluten and lead to a tough pancake.
