Butterscotch Fondue

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Cream, 35%
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 2 tbs Butter
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Rum
- Assortment of Dippers
Directions
- In a small saucepan, mix the cream, brown sugar and butter.
- Heat up over medium heat and bring to a boil while stirring.
- Let the mixture thicken for about 5 minutes.
- Pour the content into your warm fondue pot.
- Add the vanilla and rum and mix well.
- Dip bite size pieces of various dippers.
- Enjoy and repeat but no double-dipping!
Notes
- Note: Feel free to add more rum to taste.
