Cayenne Aioli

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups regular or low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne and mustard in small bowl to blend.

Notes

  • Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover tightly with plastic wrap; refrigerate.
