Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mascarpone
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely grated Lemon Zest
  • Few drops Lemon Juice
  • Pinch freshly grated Nutmeg

Figs

  • 12 fresh figs, cut in half lengthwise
  • Honey, for drizzling

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the mascarpone, lemon zest, lemon juice, and nutmeg.

Assembly

  1. Top each fig half with a scant teaspoon of the mascarpone filling.
  2. Arrange on a serving plate and drizzle with honey
